what would be a good 6th/7th grade science fair project?

We Answered:

How much time do you have before the science fair? If you have a few weeks, you can use the old staple bean plants as your test. You might test the effect of diffeent kinds of light on them (incandescent, flourescent, LED, UV, etc) or test how PH of water effects growth...there's lots of things to try if you've got time on your side.

What do you think of the 7th grade science fair I am thinking of doing? Relating to botany?

We Answered:

Don't listen to those other airheads. I know what botany is and I think it's a great project. I'd actually be interested in finding out the results. Just make sure you have the same plants, water them the same amount at the same time so the results aren't influenced and you'll be right! All the best!
