Looking at their website it looks suspiciously like a scam. There is no information about its accreditation status either.

Keep looking for regionally accredited universities/colleges. There are now many that offer whole degrees online.

Empire State Collage
Excelsior College
and many more and all of them regionally accredited which means that your degree is legitimate and will transfer to graduate school if that is where you want to go.

Keep researching, and don't rush into the first college/uni that has the best advertisements on TV or is cheap. Always check reputation and accreditation.

outside of California, pick a state university and see if they have an online degree completion program. Very many do now. You might also want to look at UMass online http://www.umassonline.net/Home.html

Charter Oak State College http://www.cosc.edu

These are regionally accredited and will accept maximum amounts of transfer and testing credit.

They are priced pretty well as state colleges go.

If you're going to do it online, why does it matter where the school is? You can take courses at Harvard and Oxford online (and UC-Berkeley) if you want to. The really nice thing about online learning is that you aren't bound by where you are.

Colleges are adding online programs all the time though - sometimes you find the best programs by searching the web of schools that you like and seeing what they offer.
