Have you looked carefully at OU as you can change many of the units in it?

University of Liverpool would be a good bet! I wouldnt go near any of the other distance learning unis and companies

The US government doesn't certify courses, distance learning or otherwise. There are regional and national accrediting agencies though for colleges - make sure that any course you take is accredited. Even accrediting doesn't necessarily mean the course is strong.

The MBA is the better choice. It is recognized world wide. The diploma is not as valuable.
