Then, the arithmetic series is 4,4+d,4+2d,4+3d,4+4d
as given, 4+4d=15, ie, d=11/4
so, the 3 arithmetic means bw 4 and 15 are 4+d,4+2d,4+3d, ie, 27/4, 19/2,49/4.

2. arithmetic mean bw 8 n 19=(8+19)/2 = 27/2

3. v see that its a summation of squares of natural nos. from 3 to 8.
so, it s summation(n^2), n varying from 3 to 8.
(write the summation notation and the limits on it.. i wasnt able to type that symbol in)

4. its summation(4n), n varying from 1 to 6.
